Your best points. Automatically captured.

Score your padel match from your Apple Watch while your iPhone films from wherever you propped it up — the back glass is ideal — and explains what happened after the final point.

iOS 18.0+watchOS 10+

Your best points. Without pressing record.

Prop your iPhone anywhere with a view of the court — the back glass is ideal — start the match and forget it is there. You walk off with the points that decided it already waiting, plus everything you tapped the watch for. Filming your match is part of Pelota Pro.

FAQ

Do I need my iPhone on court?

No. Scoring happens entirely on your Apple Watch, so your iPhone can stay in your bag or hang on the fence. The only reason to take it out is to prop it up and film the match.

Do I have to hit record to catch a good point on video?

No. With your iPhone propped up and filming, the moments that decide the match are saved automatically as they happen — a break point you convert, a set point, a match point, a golden point. For anything else worth keeping — an impossible defence, a smash you want to watch again — tap your watch and that moment is saved too.

Does Pelota work without internet?

Yes. Pelota works offline — no signal to hunt for on court, and no account is needed to score and track your matches. Creating a profile is optional; when you sign in, it is what lets you subscribe to Pelota Pro and turn on iCloud sync to carry your history from one device to the next.

Is Pelota free?

The app is free to download, and scoring your matches costs nothing. A Pelota Pro subscription unlocks the deeper analytics, the AI insights and the video highlights.

Which devices do I need?

An iPhone running iOS 18 or later and an Apple Watch running watchOS 10 or later. Both apps arrive in the same download.

Does Pelota work for tennis too?

Yes. Tennis is fully supported, with its own scoring rules and its own statistics — not padel under a different name. Pelota is designed padel-first, and tennis players get the whole app.

What is the difference between Match, Free Play and Practice?

Match is the full thing: every point scored, every statistic, and the analysis afterwards. Free Play records your movement, heart rate and performance without any formal scoring, for when you are simply hitting. Practice is for focused drill sessions.

Play. Then find out why you won.

Pelota is free to download and scoring your matches costs nothing. Take your Apple Watch to the next one and see what it makes of your game.
